Hey Brandon,

Yes I do and you are feeding it. All of the SG products are built on a ground whole flaxseed base. Flax has one of the highest mucilage (soluble fiber) percentages of any seed including psyllium husks. If you were to take a scoop of one of the SG supplements and mix it with an equal part of warm water you will notice it gets ‘slimy’ very quickly. This viscous product is the soluble fiber that picks up any sand and hair ingested and carries them through the digestive tract until they are expelled in the fecal matter.
